EVENT DETAILS

After the success of Monsoon on Wheels 2021, Monsoon on Wheels 2.0, Monsoon on wheels 3.0, Monsoon on wheels 4.0, Monsoon on wheels 5.0 it's now time once again to be back on the saddle along with some running in the season of rain. Event will start from 16th July 2026 and will last till 15th August 2026.

This time you can participate in solo cycling 300km + and can win exciting prizes.

This event shall be conducted in two categories.

A. MONSOON RIDE:

1. This is open to all. For 8- 15 years age consent of parents is a must. For all 8-15 years kids qualifying km are 200 instead of 300 km.

2. In Monsoon RIDE all above 15+ shall be required to complete a minimum of 300 km of cycling and only cycling is allowed in MONSOON RIDE.

3. Minimum considerable cycling per ride shall be minimum 15 km per ride and maximum 50 km per day. Only one ride per day is allowed. For kids minimum 10 km per ride is mandatory.

4. Minimum days to do cycling shall be 16 days to complete the challenge.

5. Top 10 or 5% of total participants (whichever is higher & Irrespective of gender & age) shall be awarded a WINNER TROPHY OR T -SHIRT OR JERSEY OR VOUCHER.

6. In case of a tie and any other unprecedented incident during the event the final decision will be of the organizers.

7. NO special category for 60+ but all 60+ shall be given a gift along with medal on completion.

9. On every day one can do a maximum of 1 activity per day and each shall be a minimum of 15 km.

10. All workouts shall be considered only on the strava app. No other app shall be considered.

11. Average speed must not be less than 10km/hour in cycling.

12. All qualifiers will get 3-D medal and e-certificate.

13. For 300-500 KM MONSOON FRIEND, 500-1000 KM MONSOON BOSS, 1000+ km MONSOON LEADER certificates shall be given.

B. MONSOON RUN:

1. You will have to do minimum 90 km of running.

2. Minimum running per activity should be 3km.

3. Maximum ONE runs per day is allowed.

4. Minimum days to do run shall be 15 days to complete the challenge.

5. Top 5 participants (1 seat is reserved for females) shall be awarded a WINNER TROPHY or TSHIRT or GIFT VOUCHER.

6. In case of a tie and any other unprecedented event the final decision will be of the organizers.

7. NO special category for 60+ but all 60+ shall be given a gift along with medal on completion.

9. On every day one can do a maximum of one activity per day and it should be a minimum of 3 km.

10. All workouts shall be considered only on the strava app. No other app shall be considered.

11. Average PACE must not be MORE than 10MIN/KM.

12. All qualifiers will get 3-D medal and e-certificate. 

13. For 75-100 KM  MONSOON BREEZE RUNNER, 100-200 KM MONSOON STORM RUNNER, 200+ km MONSOON LEGEND RUNNER certificates shall be given.

TICKET CATEGORIES:

1. SILVER TICKET (Early Bird): 499 INR

i) It includes data management for one month

ii) Leader board ON APP

iii) An event e-poster before the start of the event

iv) 3-D Medal only on qualifying

v) E-certificate on qualifying/participation as per kms

EXTRA: IN EARLY BIRD all participants will get an additional gift along with medal on qualifying which is valid till first 100 participants or 16th June whichever comes early.

2. GOLD TICKET: 999 INR

i) It includes data management for one month

ii) Leader board ON APP

iii) An event e-poster before the start of the event

iv) 3-D Medal only on qualifying

v) E-certificate on qualifying/participation as per kms

vi) Exclusive EVENT T-shirt of MONSOON ON WHEELS 6.0

3. PLATINUM: 4399 INR

i) It includes data management for one month

ii) Leader board ON APP

iii) An event e-poster before the start of the event

vi) Exclusive EVENT T-shirt of MONSOON ON WHEELS 6.0 (ONLY FOR EARLY BIRD PARTICIPANTS IN THIS CATEGORY)

vii) INDIAN CYCLISTS official jersey and short.

viii) exclusive benefit to participate in lucky draw for 1 in 10 ratios for special voucher worth 500 INR.

v) No lucky draws, no early bird, no medal, no physical gifts, no winner gifts. JUST PARTICIPATION, e-POSTER, e-CERTIFICATE, LEADERBOARD.

RULES:

1. The sole purpose of the event is to promote cycling and running activity. High-level cooperation is expected from all respected participants. In case of any kind of unfair means, organizers shall disqualify the participant which cannot be challenged considering sportsmanship. 

2. Some time-to-time surprises can be announced by the organizers in favour of participants and events.
