CYCLING KING 2024 DETAILS

INTRODUCTION:

1. This is 4th edition of Cycling King. It is strava based virtual cycling event.

2. This event is organised by INDIAN CYCLISTS 2020.

3. Registrations are open from 3rd December 2023 through INDIAN CYCLISTS 2020 android App available on play store.

4. Registrations are open for all ages, across the country.

5. Event will start from 1st January 2024 and will end on 31st January 2024.

EVENT CONDITIONS:

1. Your individual cycling kms shall be counted for leaderboard.

2. Minimum cycling km per ride is 20km.

3. Maximum ride per ride considerable is 50km.

4. Maximum rides allowed per day is two (02).

5. Minimum days required to qualify the event is any 15 days out of 31 days of the month.

6. Top 10 males (OR 5% MALE PARTICIPANTS, WHICHEVER IS HIGHER) and Top 5 (OR 5% OF FEMALE PARTICIPANTS, WHICHEVER IS HIGHER) females shall be awarded with BRAND NEW CYCLING KING/QUEEN JERSEY and title of CYCLING KING & CYCLING QUEEN + PAWA HY Nutrition Tube shall be given to those who will get perfect score of 1550 km in 31 days as per rules. Three prizes are reserved for above 60 age group including one for females and two for males. In case those who booked for JERSEY and becomes winner, they will get another specially designed JERSEY or Prizes worth 1000 INR.

TICKET CATEGORIES:

1. EARLY BIRD TICKET (1299 INR): Applicable for first 100 participants.

It includes:

1. Event poster (e-poster)

2. Beautifully crafted 3-D Medal 

3. Bandana (mouth covering scarf)

4. SPECIALLY DESIGNED CYCLING KING/QUEEN JERSEY

5. E-certificate.

Medal and bandana shall be applicable only on qualifying the event rest other items shall definitely be given irrespective of qualifying or not.  JERSEY shall be sent in any case whether qualify or not. 

Note: Jersey will be in 140 gsm, dry fit material with reflective name on back and 3-pockets in back, quality front zip.  You can choose full or half  sleeves without additional cost. On back name you can write up to 9 letters. No name on back can also be your choice.

2. SILVER TICKET (399 INR): 

It includes:

1. Event poster (e-poster)

2. Beautifully crafted 3-D Medal 

3. Bandana (mouth covering scarf)

4. E-certificate.

Medal & bandana shall be sent through INDIAN POSTAL SERVICES to registered address only incase participant qualifies.

3. GOLD TICKET (599 INR): 

It includes: 

1. Event poster (e-poster)

2. Beautifully crafted 3-D Medal 

3. Bandana (mouth covering scarf)

4. SOUVENIR (Customized memory of event)

4. E-certificate.

Medal & bandana shall be sent through INDIAN POSTAL SERVICES to registered address only incase participant qualifies. Souvenir shall be sent in any case whether qualify or not.

4. PLATINUM TICKET (1699 INR): 

1. Event poster (e-poster)

2. Beautifully crafted 3-D Medal 

3. Bandana (mouth covering scarf)

4. SOUVENIR (Customized memory of event)

5. SPECIALLY DESIGNED CYCLING KING/QUEEN JERSEY

6. E-certificate.

Medal & bandana shall be sent through INDIAN POSTAL SERVICES to registered address only incase participant qualifies.  Jersey and Souvenir shall be sent in any case whether qualify or not.

Note: Jersey will be in 140 gsm, dry fit material with reflective name on back and 3-pockets in back, quality front zip.  You can choose full or half but for full sleeves an additional charge of 100 INR shall be paid additionally while filling the form. On back name you can write up to 8 letters. No name can also be your choice.

RULES:

1. The purpose of the event is to develop the fitness habits in participants and to motivate them for good health. 

2. To develop the harmony among the riders across the India and to build a strong community.

3. All rides must be with proper safety measures including helmet during cycling. For any accident participant shall be liable him/herself, so better avoid risky roads and night rides.

4. First condition to be a sportsman is honesty which we accept from all our participants. Any case of foul practice, candidature shall be discarded.

5. In case of any dispute the final decision will be of organizers and appointed jury if any. 

6. Any error in strava/stopping of strava shall not be entertained if you are in top rankers but can be considered once per participant in special case only.

7. In case of any undefined issue arises the new rules shall be made as per need by organizers and shall be informed accordingly which shall be accepted to all participants.

8. Although there is no provision of refund of money but in case due to some genuine reason if you will not be participating in event then a basic of 10% shall be deducted before start of event and 50% shall be deducted after start of event up to first 7 days. After that no refund shall be entertained.
