Get ready to experience the thrill of cycling in one of India's most scenic destinations! We're excited to invite you to join our GOA CYCLING EXPEDITION scheduled from December 1st to 4th 2024.

Ride through Goa's picturesque coastal roads, explore its stunning beaches, and discover its vibrant culture. Our carefully curated route will take you through lush green forests, quaint villages, and historic landmarks. 

 

TENTATIVE ITINERARY

It's a 3 N/4D trip to Goa to build strong connections among Indian Cyclists so that next year in 2025 we can go together on an International cycling expedition. 

 

DATES: 1st December - 4th December

 

Day 1: Arrival of all participants by lunch time (check -in time) 

 

Welcome, Ice-breaking activities, fun activities, beach activity, cycles allotment, team formation. Followed by Dinner. 

 

Day 2: Breakfast followed by cycling to Divar Island, old goa churches, Lunch, activities, Dona Paulo, Miramar, Sinquerim Beach, Hotel (80-100 km ride in parts), photography, videography

Evening leisure time, briefing for next day, fun activities, Dinner

 

Day 3: After breakfast, ride to beautiful beaches, villages, scenic roads, lunch, photography, videography, leaving cycles at store, cruise/yacht activity back to hotel. 

Musical night + Dinner

 

Day 4: Closing statement, souvenir presentation to all participants, revelation of International expedition plan, departure from Goa with loads of sweet memories. 

 

Inclusions of Goa Expedition:

1. Accommodation in 3-4* property (Twin sharing basis)

11. One common activity in Goa like yacht or cruise. 

12. Indian Cyclists Jersey is mandatory (additional 1550 INR in case you don't have). If you book in early bird an additional maximum discount of 250 INR on JERSEY)

FEE:

A. SEPTEMBER PLAN 

18499 INR per person (Early Bird discounted Price)

50℅ Booking amount to be deposited in September.

The Remaining 50 % can be paid till 7th October.

B. OCTOBER PLAN

21499 INR per person (Normal Price)

50℅ Booking amount to be deposited in between October 1-10th.

The Remaining 50 % can be paid till 31st October. 

One can pay in single shot also between 11th October to 20th October

C. LAST MOMENT PLAN 

24499 INR per person

50℅ Booking amount to be deposited in between October 20th- 31st.

Rest 50 % can be paid till 15th November.

One can pay in single shot also between 1st November to 10th November.

Total participants: Min 20 to max 36 (additional 4 seats are reserved for management)

REFUND POLICY:

1. Membership registration is non-refundable.

2. Payment made towards GOA CYCLING EXPEDITION can be 100 % if either it is cancelled from organizers due to some unforeseen reasons.

3. 15 % deductions when informed 30 days before the dates of GOA EXPEDITION

4. 25 % deductions when informed 15 days before the dates.

5. 50 % deductions when informed 7-14 days before the dates.

6. 75% deductions when informed 3-6 days before the dates.

7. No refund when informed 1-2 days before.
